Tantauco Park adds the National Environmental Day


The reservation will be released for visitors on October 1st and 2nd.

 

This 1st and 2nd October, our country celebrates for the second time the National Environmental Day, decreed by President Michelle Bachelet with the objective that every first weekend of October promotes environmental education and raise awareness about the importance of Preserve the natural heritage of Chile.

 

The Tantauco Park did not want to be left out of such an important initiative, reason why it will open its doors to the tourists without charging the value of the entrance.

 

“For us as it is fundamental that more and more Chileans know the wonders of nature and can enjoy outdoor activities. That is why we hope that this weekend will be an opportunity to know our conservation project, “said Alan Bannister, manager of Chiloé Tantauco Park.

 

The people who want to stay to sleep in the camping or domes of the Park, should consult for availability in the goal of the lake Yaldad.
